Teror is once again on the itinerary of the Rally Islas Canarias – Rally of Spain. The town, situated in the mid-altitude region of northern Gran Canaria, is back on the route of the World Rally Championship event following a golden anniversary edition that put the town in the international spotlight of the WRC (World Rally Championship).

José Agustín Arencibia, Mayor of Teror, and Germán Morales, Chairman of the Organising Committee, have signed the renewal of the agreement that keeps the municipality on the route of the World Rally Championship event, consolidating a long-standing relationship that has proved strategic for both parties.

Last year’s edition, marking its golden anniversary, provided a significant economic boost for our municipality and allowed us to showcase Teror to the world. With our sights set on 2027, we are renewing this agreement with the hope of continuing to be part of this great sporting spectacle.”
