Terms and Conditions for Participation in the Co-Driving Activity
1. Participants All individuals with a valid ticket for the event, issued through the official sales or distribution channels authorized by the organizers, are eligible to participate in this activity.
2. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions Participation in the activity implies full, express, and unreserved knowledge and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. Age Requirement Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years old on the date of the activity. The organizers may request proof of age at any time.
4. Mandatory Identification To participate in the activity and, if applicable, to receive the prize, it is essential to present a valid original national identity document or, in the case of foreign nationals, an equivalent original and valid official document that reliably proves their identity and legal age. Photocopies, screenshots, or illegible or expired documents will not be accepted.
5. Valid Entry The draw will be held among all validly purchased and correctly registered tickets within the entry period established by the organizers, provided they meet the requirements stipulated in these terms and conditions.
6. Entry Period The entry period will remain open until one (1) hour before the start of the co-driving activity, unless expressly modified by the organizers for justified reasons.
7. Selection of Winners and Alternates The winners and alternates will be selected randomly from among the valid entries.
8. Claiming and Receiving the Prize The selected participants must appear at the place, date, and time determined by the organizers, properly identified and complying with all security and organizational instructions provided.
9. Loss of the Right to the Prize In the event of non-appearance at the indicated place and time, material impossibility of participation, failure to comply with the requirements established in these rules, or refusal to follow the instructions of the organizers, the selected person will automatically forfeit the right to the prize, which may be awarded to the corresponding alternate.
10. Nature of the Prize The prize will consist of a co-driver experience during a pre-stage demonstration, under the conditions established by the organizers and subject to applicable technical, sporting, and safety requirements. The prize is personal and non-transferable; it may not be assigned to third parties nor exchanged, in whole or in part, for money, financial compensation, products, services, or other prizes. A total of 5 experiences for this activity will be raffled for SSS1, and another 5 experiences for this activity will be raffled for SSS8.
11. Safety Conditions and Exclusion Participation in the activity will in all cases be subject to compliance with the safety conditions required by the organizers, the driver, the technical team, or applicable regulations. 10. Nature of the Prize The organization may deny participation or exclude from the activity any person who, in its judgment, does not meet the physical, safety, or behavioral requirements necessary for the proper development of the experience, without this giving rise to any right to compensation or indemnity.
12. Modification, Suspension, or Cancellation The organization reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel the activity, in whole or in part, when justified causes arise, including, but not limited to, safety, operational, technical, meteorological, organizational, or force majeure reasons, without this giving rise to any right to claim, indemnity, or compensation on the part of the participants.
13. Verification and control of participations.
The organization may verify at any time the validity of the tickets, the identity of the participants and the fulfillment of the required requirements.
Fraudulent, duplicated, manipulated, obtained by illegal means or contrary to good faith participations will be null and void.
14. Use of image
Participation in the activity entails authorization for the capture and use of the image, voice, name and appearance of the participants, through photographs or audiovisual recordings made during the development of the event and the activity, for dissemination in the media, promotional media, website and official social networks of the event or the organization, for informational, informative or promotional purposes, and without the right to economic consideration.
All this is understood without prejudice to the rights that attend the interested persons in accordance with current regulations on data protection and image rights.
15. Responsibility
The organization will not be responsible for incidents beyond its control that could prevent or hinder participation, including, among others, errors in the data provided by the participating persons, technical failures, incidents in communications, access problems, causes of third parties or circumstances not attributable to the organization.
16. Data protection
The personal data provided by the participating persons will be processed by the organization in order to manage their participation in the activity, verify compliance with the established requirements and, where appropriate, manage the allocation and enjoyment of the prize, in accordance with current regulations on the protection of personal data.
Interested persons may exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation and portability in the legally provided terms, through the channels that the organization enables for this purpose.
17. Interpretation of the bases
The organization has the power to interpret these bases and resolve any incidents or doubts that may arise from their application.
18. Applicable legislation and law
These rules will be governed by Spanish legislation. For any disputes that may arise from its interpretation or execution, the parties will submit to the Courts and Tribunals that are competent in accordance with the applicable regulations.
19. Express acceptance of the activity and signature of documentation
It will be an indispensable condition for the effective enjoyment of the prize that the winner, once awarded, previously signs the document of acceptance of the prize and the particular conditions of the activity, including, among others, those related to safety, rules of behavior, exemptions or legally admissible limitations of liability, coverage and conditions of the applicable insurance, technical instructions and any other organizational requirements necessary for the correct development of the experience.
The refusal to sign said documentation, its incomplete signature or non-compliance with any of the established conditions will determine the automatic loss of the right to the prize, and the organization may award it to the corresponding substitute person, without the right to any compensation or compensation.
