This Wednesday will start the recces of the 45 Rally Islas Canarias

During the first two days of the week, several of the teams registered in this edition have been carrying out different tests to optimize the set-up of their vehicles. Today, Tuesday, they have passed through the venue of the event, at the Estadio de Gran Canaria, to collect the necessary documents to start the recces.

Little by little, the days underlined in red this week of November are getting closer. After the first two days, the teams have already tuned their weapons for the battle that they will deploy between November 18 and 20. But before that moment, they have approached the rally headquarters installed in the Estadio de Gran Canaria. During the afternoon of this Tuesday, the organization has delivered the necessary tools to carry out the recces: documents, control card and GPS. Thus, between 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 17, the teams will be able to begin to recognize the nine different stages that the organization has proposed for this 45 Rally Islas Canarias. The visit to the special tests will also extend to Thursday 18 between 7:30 and 14:00. 

Test days

During Monday and Tuesday, several of the teams registered in this edition have taken the opportunity to finalize details on the set-up of their vehicles. To do this, various locations were set up for this purpose, although the busiest was, for another year, in Artenara. The headquarters of the ‘Tuesday Test’ once again brought together thousands of fans. In the highest municipality on the island of Gran Canaria, they witnessed the first contact between Miko Marczyk and Efrén Llarena, the two candidates for runner-up in the FIA ​​European Rally Championship. Finally, this Tuesday the press room was opened, also installed in the venue where UD Las Palmas plays its official matches. As of this Wednesday, the media will be able to collect their accreditations.
